Please join us for a Virtual Outreach on Simple and Effective Stress Management Techniques!!
Good Health and Wellness is easy to say and hard to do, especially when you are feeling overwhelmed, and every minute seems to be one where you have 'something to do'. More importantly, family members of individuals with special needs often feel that they have an extra responsibility which can lead to sleepless nights, eating poorly and not taking time to nourish both mind and body. This presentation will focus on YOU and teach you simple techniques to help you with daily stress.
