How to Access MR Supports Coordination

1. You must register with Philadelphia Mental Retardation Services.
2. For registration you must call the MRS Customer Service Unit at 215-685-4677.
3. MRS will determine eligibility.
4. In order to receive your MR Supports Coordination at PFCS, you need to choose PFCS at the time of registration.
