Family Driven Support Services (FDSS)

Individuals living with their families or independently can apply for a Family Driven Support Services (FDSS) grant. FDSS grants are based upon individual need and availability of funds. Individuals and families, along with the Supports Coordinator, develop an FDSS Needs Assessment and identify and prioritize supports that will help the individual with mental retardation to remain at home and in the community.
