After-hours Emergency
Our regular business hours are Monday thru Friday 8:30am to 5:00 pm and Tuesday and Wednesday evenings by appointment only.
If you have an after hours emergency, and you live in Philadelphia, please call the County Behavioral Health Delegate at (215) 685-6440. Tell them what the problem is and that you are served by IDS. If they cannot help you with one of their resources, they will contact the Hall-Mercer Intensive Case Management Services Department who are on call 24 hours a day.
If you live in Bucks County, Chester County, Delaware County, York County or Montgomery County please call our answering service at 610-965-7302. Tell them what the problem is and that you are served by Partnership for Community Supports. If they cannot help you with one of their resources, they will contact one of our staff who are on call 24 hours a day.
Urgent Need During Business Hours
If you have an urgent need during regular business hours and you cannot reach your Supports Coordinator, dial "0" after you reach you Supports Coordinator's voice mail, or
Call our main number 267-350-4500 and ask for the Supports Coordinator's Supervisor, the Unit Manager or the Program Director who can asist you for urgent needs during your Supports Coordinators' absence.
