Supports Coordination requires kindness, patience, skillful communication, computer expertise, resourcefulness, time management skills, the ability to network on behalf of individuals, knowledge of many provider and community resources. A Supports Coordinator facilitates team meetings designed to address the needs of individuals and their families in living everyday lives.
