Partnership appreciates donations that allow us to provide supports not covered by our usual funding sources. As a 501(c) (3) not-for –profit organization under the U.S. Internal Revenue Service, donations made to Partnership are tax deductible to the extend allowed under the law. Donations can be made for a specific purpose such as Thanksgiving baskets or fans for families or other specific reasons or they can be designated to Partnership’s Tribute fund to be used for services not funded by any other source.

Consumer & Family Advisory Committee
The Consumer and Family Advisory Committee of Partnership is comprised of consumers, families, and employees. They offer input, feedback, and resource identification to Partnership for the consumers we serve. The Consumer and Family Advisory Committee usually meets the 1st Wednesday of the month at 7:00 p.m. If you are interested in attending our meeting please call 267-350-4513 ahead of time to make sure there has been no change in the date or the time.
