After-hours Emergency

Our regular business hours are Monday thru Friday 8:30am to 5:00 pm and Tuesday and Wednesday evenings by appointment only.

If you have an after hours emergency, please call the County Behavioral Health Delegate at (215) 685-6440. Tell them what the problem is and that you are served by the mental retardation system. If they cannot help you with one of their resources, they will contact the Hall-Mercer Intensive Case Management Services Department who are on call 24 hours a day.
