Consumer & Family Advisory Committee 

The Consumer and Family Advisory Committee of Partnership is comprised of consumers, families, and employees. They offer input, feedback, and resource identification to Partnership for the consumers we serve. The Consumer and Family Advisory Committee usually meets the 1st Wednesday of the month at 7:00 p.m. If you are interested in attending our meeting please call 267-350-4513 ahead of time to make sure there has been no change in the date or the time.

Awards

Award recipients- Employees and their achievements are recognized by individuals, families, and providers throughout the city of Philadelphia. Partnership’s staff has a current winner and three past winners of the Points of Transformation Award, distinguishing their efforts in improving the quality of living for individuals with intellectual disabilites. Staff believes in encouraging personal growth towards independence and strongly advocating on behalf of the individuals and their families.

Funding for Services

Partnership for Community Supports is a Targeted Service Management (TSM) and Waiver Supports Coordination provider under the Pennsylvania Medical Assistance Program. Partnership  bills Medical Assistance for eligible services and also receives funding from the Philadelphia County Office of Mental Retardation Services (MRS.)
